Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026.

This policy covers the Corlogic website and Corlogic Messaging, the application that connects a participating organisation's registered users with its selected AI assistant through WhatsApp. It explains what information is handled, why it is needed and how to make a privacy request.

Who handles your information

For website enquiries, contact the Corlogic team at info@imros.ai. For an organisation's Corlogic workspace, that organisation manages user registration, access, the selected assistant and its data-retention settings. Corlogic processes workspace information to provide the configured service under the applicable customer agreement and instructions.

Your organisation can explain the identity of the data controller, its purposes and legal bases for processing, and any additional privacy notice that applies to your use. You can also contact us for help directing a request to the responsible organisation.

Information we handle

  • Website visits: technical information needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. If you email us, we receive the contact details and content you choose to provide.
  • Corlogic Messaging: your WhatsApp phone number and message identifier, the text you send, the assistant's response, conversation timestamps, delivery information and the association with your registered workspace account.
  • Workspace context: the organisation, project and selected assistant needed to route your conversation, together with access and operational records needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.

How Corlogic Messaging uses your data

When your organisation enables the channel, your phone number is matched to an existing active user in that organisation. An unrecognised number does not create a new account. The service uses your message and recent conversation context to generate a response from the organisation's selected assistant, then sends the response to the same WhatsApp sender.

This channel handles individual text conversations. It is not a bulk-marketing service. We also use the necessary records to check access, prevent duplicate processing, track delivery, investigate faults and protect the service. Avoid sending personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Meta, AI providers and other service providers

WhatsApp messages are transported through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta handles phone numbers, message content and delivery information as part of that service. The response delivered through Meta may contain the personal information included in your conversation. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of WhatsApp.

The assistant may use an external AI provider or an endpoint hosted by your organisation, depending on its configuration. Message text and the conversation context needed for a response are processed through that selected service. Corlogic's privacy gateway reduces exposure to external AI providers by replacing detected personal information with placeholders. Detection is imperfect; this safeguard does not guarantee anonymisation or that every personal detail will be removed. Responses may have those details restored before delivery.

Hosting and operational providers may process information needed to deliver and secure the service. Depending on the providers and deployment selected, processing may take place outside your country. Contact your organisation or us for the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your workspace. This policy does not assert that a particular contract, permission or transfer safeguard has been completed.

Retention and security

Message content is subject to your organisation's configured content-retention policy and applicable contractual and legal obligations. A conversation's context window is separate from the retention of its stored records; starting a new conversation does not itself delete earlier records. Operational, security and backup records may have different retention periods.

Corlogic applies access controls, workspace isolation, encrypted secret storage and controls on external AI processing. These measures reduce risk; no service can guarantee absolute security or complete removal of personal information from generated responses.

Privacy and deletion requests

To ask about your data, request access, correction or deletion, or raise an objection, contact your organisation's administrator or email info@imros.ai with the subject ‘Corlogic Messaging privacy request’. This is also the route for requesting deletion of information associated with the WhatsApp application; no Corlogic login is required to send a request.

Identify the organisation and account concerned, but do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Requests are assessed under applicable law, the organisation's instructions and any retention obligations; sending a request does not itself confirm that records have been deleted. Your organisation can provide details of the rights and complaint routes that apply to you.
