Corlogic IQ: investigate the business through conversation.

Corlogic IQ is the part of Corlogic for investigating the business through conversation. You ask a question in plain English, follow up by customer, product, order or location, and for supported questions you can inspect the exact SQL behind the answer.

Ask, follow up, keep what is useful.

Ask a question in plain English and continue by customer, product, order, location or another connected part of the business.

Save useful analysis as a shared dashboard so the team can return to it.

Corlogic IQ is one of three parts of the Corlogic platform, alongside Pulse and Workflows and Approvals.

A language model reads the question. The rest is deterministic.

A language model interprets the question as a structured request against the approved StarEngine model. The remaining query path is deterministic: Corlogic applies the defined business logic and compiles exact, read-only SQL.

Corlogic builds the query from the definitions and relationships in the enterprise model instead of inventing joins or calculations. Teams can inspect the interpretation, the SQL and the model version.

Query Execution

A specific reason instead of a guess.

If the model cannot support a question, Corlogic gives a specific reason instead of filling the gap with a guess.

Queries run through a read-only, least-privilege role, and role-based permissions and row-level security govern which data can be reached.

Security

The same investigation in each solution.

  • Retail: ask questions about a change, inspect the supporting data and see where the impact is concentrated.
  • Construction: structure field updates, find missing information and answer questions across the records each user can access.
  • Store sales decline: examine the stock, campaign, margin, returns and store-execution evidence behind a decline.

Questions about Corlogic IQ

What is Corlogic IQ?

Corlogic IQ is the conversational part of the Corlogic platform. Teams ask business questions in plain English, inspect the exact SQL behind supported answers and save useful analysis as shared dashboards.

Can I see the SQL behind an answer?

Yes. For supported questions Corlogic shows the exact, read-only SQL it compiled, together with its interpretation of the question and the model version it used.

Does Corlogic IQ guess when it is unsure?

No. When the approved model cannot support a question, Corlogic gives a specific reason instead of an answer.
